The Office (American Version, NBC 2005-2013)
Written by Michael Vacchiano
Times are crazy right now, and my wife and I are still turning to one of the most beloved and popular comedy series of the modern era for joy and laughs — The Office.
While not exactly an original choice, The Office, which originally aired on NBC from 2005 to 2013, is still very apropos considering many of us haven’t physically been to our actual workplaces lately. I’d also say it’s a complement to the show and its great ensemble cast that we always seem to feel welcome amongst the staff at Dunder Mifflin.
Except for the last two seasons (aka the post-Michael Scott era), you really can’t go wrong with any episode in the series to get a much-needed smile right now.
Currently, all 9 seasons of the acclaimed comedy series is still available in the US on Netflix, and if you are looking for even more of The Office, you can check out the Ricky Gervais-starring, British series of the the same name on which the US version is based, which aired for two seasons (plus some specials) and is currently available on Amazon Prime.
