The Pop Break sat down with Crystal Lake stars Callum Vinson (Chucky) and Gwendolyn Sundstrom (I’m Beginning to See the Light) at New York Comic Con to talk about bringing new life to the legendary Friday the 13th franchise.
Vinson takes on the role of a young Jason Voorhees, one of horror’s most iconic characters, while Sundstrom joins the series as Grace, an all new character entering the world of Crystal Lake.
We chatted with the duo about their dynamic chemistry bringing their characters to life, the fun of the makeup to become Jason , and whether they might have taken a little something home from the set as a souvenir. After all, who could resist keeping a piece of horror history?
