Asbury Park is a city filled with musical tradition.
For the past few years, the city celebrates the Christmas holiday by hosting a four-night stand of their adopted sons — The Bouncing Souls.
The band, who relocated their home base from Commercial Ave. in New Brunswick to the city-by-the-sea, have been become staples in the Asbury scene, hanging out in town, throwing secret shows at The Asbury Lanes or, in the case of Pete Steinkopf, producing records for local bands.
This year, the band will bring their 7th Annual Home for the Holidays run back to The Stone Pony with a slew of special guests ranging from local favorites to nationally recognized touring acts.
