Best Films of 2014

4. The Lego Movie

the-LEGO-MOVIE-poster

There are movies I could watch every day, and then there’s The Lego Movie. This animated feature is frantic, funny, and fantastic. The cast is superb, the humor is wonderful, and there is true heart built into the core of this film, with a twist that no one saw coming. This movie had such an effect on me, I cosplayed as Emmet for NYCC 2014. My love for this movie will never cease, and I really hope it wins an Academy Award because it runs on all cylinders as a movie, Also, it is great for all ages (but mostly Lego lovers). I can’t get enough of it. Read our review here.
