The Bouncing Souls Home For the Holidays – Night 1 (December 26th)
It’s good to be home for the holidays. It’s a time when you can reunite with family and friends, have a libation or two, enjoy good music and spend the entire night with a silly grin on your face. It’s a time when we forget all the crap that’s gone on for the past year and we lose ourselves in pure, unadulterated joy.
And that’s really what The Bouncing Souls’ annual Home for the Holidays shows are all about. It’s fun, fast, loud and heavy punk rock performed in front of The Souls’ hometown crowd of Asbury Park, New Jersey. It’s a time when the entire city comes together to listen to these New Brunswick transplants turned favorite sons of the city-by-the-sea rip it up with some of their famous friends.
On Night 1 the guys brought Bane, Blanks 77 and Morning Glory to the world famous Stone Pony to melt faces. Pop-Break’s senior shutterbug and resident bringer of cheer, Jeff Crespi caught the Souls in action.
