At the Drive-In, the celebrated emo/post-hardcore group, is reuniting for a world tour starting in March.
For proof of this reunion tour, check out their website for a listing of the tour dates, and watch a 28-second video of what could be their new music. This makes plenty of sense, as they also announced that they are working on new material.
Perhaps you hold a special place in your heart for the songs “One Armed Scissor,” “Rascuache” or “Invalid Litter Dept.” Now you can prepare yourself to hear all of those songs performed live once again.
This is the first time that At the Drive-In will be performing since 2012 when they played festivals including Coachella and Lollapalooza. The band went through an eight-year hiatus between 2001 and 2009, and we have not heard new music from them since the release of Relationship of Command in 2001. You can read more from their bio here: http://www.last.fm/music/At+the+Drive-In/+wiki.
The tour starts in Los Angeles on March 23, makes its way to Europe, heads back to the United States, and then finishes in Canada at the Phoenix Concert Hall in Toronto on June 23.
Those closer to New Jersey can plan on seeing them at Terminal 5 in New York or at The Fillmore Philadelphia in Pennsylvania.
Tickets are on sale now.
