Deal Casino’s progression towards their rightful place as stars in the music world, took another step in the right direction with the release of their video, ‘French Blonde.’
The video dropped in late September, and is part of their second full-length record, LLC, which is due to drop in November 2018.
The video, which features only lead singer Joe Parella, opens with the singer getting a real tattoo of the words “French Blonde” on the inside of his arm. Shot in a high contrast black-and-white, the video is done in English, but subtitled in French. The song is a hypnotic blend of spoken word, New Wave synth and distortion, and a driving rock backbeat.
According to press releases, the theme of song is “confusion and the miscommunication in the modern world.”
Deal Casino consists of band members Joe Parella, Joe Cowell, Jon Rodney, and Chris Donofrio. The band resides in Asbury Park, New Jersey and draws inspiration from artists like Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, The Band and Fleetwood Mac.
