Pre-Trailer Thoughts: I’m an unabashed Clooney mark, but I had a little hesitation about the film as — 1. It was pushed back from its Christmas release and 2. It’s a Clooney-direct film and they haven’t always matched up to his other work. –BB | I had no idea about this movie going in, the first time I saw a trailer for it in theaters, I was astounded by the cast and the content. –LJF

Rate the Trailer ( 1-5): Four out of Five. The trailer is a terrific mix of comedy and epic drama. It has a classic Hollywood vibe and is underscored with sweeping, epic music. –BB | Four out of five. Momuments Men seems to place an interesting spin on World War II that we haven’t seen before. The balance of comedy and drama makes it seem like a feel good movie, but I’m worried that a major character will get the axe. –LJF

Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided: Theater. The trailer has assuaged my worries as it erased my memories of The Good German and The Men Who Stare at Goats. I think this is going to be a funny, intense and emotional flick, can’t wait. –BB | Theater. The cast rules, and I do enjoy me some period pieces, especially war time stuff. I will be definitely giving this one some straight up box office cash money. –LJF
