“I Ate His Liver”
It takes a lot of talent to win an Oscar with only sixteen minutes of screen time but Anthony Hopkins sure pulled that off with his portrayal of cannibal, Hannibal Lecter. Is there a better example of cunning and insanity than Lecter? I think not. He still scares me, especially his speech about eating a man’s liver with a side of beans and nice wine. Who comes up with this and how did he cook it?
