Is there an image in all of horror more mesmerizing and scary as this one? Simply put, no. Little Karen Cooper had no chance in the zombie apocalypse and her death was a sad one. Minutes later, we forget that, as she is reanimated and begins to eat her father and then stab her mother with a trowel. It’s those eyes, that look of hunger that truly scares you and it’s an image that has lived on for nearly 50 years.
