Tyler the Creator, Florence + The Machine & The Strokes Headline Gov Ball 2019

The weeks of speculation can end — the official line-up for Gov Ball 2019 has dropped.

After weeks of clues dropped by the fest — which included video tapes, Reddit threads, and ambiguous social media imagery, Founders Entertainment gave the people what they wanted — three days of eclectic music ranging from grungy NYC rock ‘n’ roll to the latest in synth-based hip-hop.

As always, the festival takes place on Randall’s Island in New York City.

The festival kicks off on May 31 with headliner Tyler, the Creator — no stranger to the Gov Ball stage having performed on it in 2014. Lil Wayne, Brockhampton, Gesaffelstein, Jorja Smith, Blood Orange, Mitski, The Internet, Jessie Reyez, M0, Hippo Campus, The Voidz (Julian Casablancas side project), Amber Mark, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Cautious Clay, Jeremy Zucker, Dennis Lloyd, Miles Kane, Hundredth, Still Woozy, and Njoma.

We’re extremely stoked that our old friends, Deal Casino, will also be a part of this day of Gov Ball.

Saturday June 1 will see Florence + The Machine headline the stage. The band alst played Gov Ball in 2015. Joining them will be: Major Lazer, The 1975, Kacey Musgraves, ZHU, Vince Staples, Lord Huron, Ty Dolla $ign, Playboi Carti, King Princess, Denzel Curry, Clairo, Ravyn Lenae, Saba Elohim, Sunflower Bean, U.S. Girls, Dreamers, Suzi Wu, Easy Life, and Tobi Lou.

Also joining the festivities on Saturday will Calpurnia — fronted by Stranger Things’ star Finn Wolfhard.

Gov Ball closes things out Sunday June 2. The Strokes will reunite to perform — the last time they played Gov Ball was in 2016. Joining them will be: NAS, SZA, Louis the Child, Kaytranada, Beast Coast (Joey Bada$$ + Flatbush Zombies), Lily Allen, Bazzi, Noname, Charli XCX, Bob Moses, SOB x RBE, Chelsea Cutler, 070Shake, Parcels Taylor Bennett, Soccer Mommy, The Underachievers, Kirk Knight, Nyck Caution, Jay Harlow, Aaron Aye, Shaed, Ric Wilson, and MKULTRA.
