85. Attack the Block – 2011
“Peephole”
Attack the Block is more known for it’s brilliant British comedy and rapid-paced action and while most wouldn’t call it a straight up horror flick, it does have a good amount of scary moments in it. When the group of boys are hiding out in an apartment, they hear noises from outside. John Boyega (our new Star Wars hero) braves looking through the peep hole and after a few moments of tense nothingness, one of the aliens rears its ugly head to create an loud and dark scary moment.
