41. The Exorcism of Emily Rose – 2005

Can you imagine waking up at the wee hours of the morning and seeing a girl on the floor, eyes wide open and bent in a strange position? Yeah, me neither but that’s exactly what happens in the underrated Exorcism of Emily Rose. Much like Zodiac, this film is more criminal thriller than straight horror but Emily Rose boasts some damn scary scenes. This is one of them and it’s very hard to watch because when someone is possessed, they are at the will of the Devil and that can’t be broken easily.
